WHAT IS THE ENDOCANNABINOID SYSTEM?
The Endocannabinoid System or ECS is a system in all mammals made up of endocannabinoids (naturally created cannabinoids). This system is involved in regulating a variety of physical and physiological processes in the mammal body. DO ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN THC?
No. Currently all of our products our completely THC Free.
CAN I TAKE HEMPSY PRODUCTS WITH MY PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS?
To be safe, we recommend you consult your primary care physician before introducing any dietary supplements (including CBD) into your daily routine.
ARE HEMPSY PRODUCTS ORGANIC?
The USDA does not grant organic certifications to hemp companies at present. However, our hemp is organic and grown to organic standards. We look forward to having that official certification in the future.
HOW MUCH OIL DOES THE DROPPER HOLD?
Our droppers are accurately marked for your convenience. If filled to the top 1ml mark then it contains 1 full milliliter of oil. If filled only to the .5ml mark then it contains only a ½ of a milliliter of oil.
ARE THERE ANY SIDE EFFECTS OF THE HEMPSY PET DROPS FOR MY DOG OR CAT?
If the recommended serving on the label is followed, no side effects are likely. The only side effects that have been reported from excessive CBD use on animals have been drowsiness and the occasional upset stomach.

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
If you have recently placed an order and would like to change your items or shipping address, please email our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org. If it has not shipped yet, we can modify the order. If the order has shipped, you will then need to follow the return/exchange process.
CAN I RETURN A HEMPSY PRODUCT?
